Amendment I - League Integrity

In order to enforce Article One of the Constitution, a League Oversight Committee will be implemented to ensure that the integrity of the league is upheld. If any trade or roster move is viewed by the Committee to violate Article One, then it shall be struck down as unconstitutional. However, nothing in this Amendment shall be construed as limiting the Committee's jurisdiction in other matters with respect to the Constitution.

Manager and team autonomy over its roster shall enjoy a rebuttable presumption that must be overcome by the Committee's analysis through the use of a balancing test, which shall be devised at the discretion of the Committee.

The Committee shall be comprised of the five league members who are of the most senior status. A simple majority of the Committee is required to strike down a league move as unconstitutional under Article One or any other provision therein.
